Biomechanical stretching- ACTIVE STRETCHING

 Biomechanical stretching  is a technique that works our body on an organic way. We think the body as a 5 points star, as Da Vinci's famous  Vitruvian man illustration. We work projecting in opposite directions those "start points", (our extremities and our spine) by engaging their muscle chains. The result is: space in your joints and strength in your inner muscles. ​

The Active stretching objective is to gain flexibility and strength at the same time. If you are looking to relieve your neck or low back from pain, or to work your mobility, I recommend the SOFT STRETCHING Class.

Biomechanical stretching-
SOFT STRETCHING

A class designed to release tension created by bad postures and sedentary life. The focus it's on creating mobility. We use the principles of biomechanical stretching to create space on specific points of our body (specially neck, shoulders, hips).

BARRE-PILATES training

Using the principles of Pilates and Barre, we designed a class that focus on gaining strength on our inner muscles. As well, it gives tone to  our superficial muscles.  We challenge our body through prioception exercises, that help us to develop neuromuscular connections.  The  flows  work from stability to cardio exercises.
