PILATES - DANCE - BARRE training

Using the principles of Pilates, Dance and Barre, we designed a class that focus on gaining strength on our inner/postural muscles. As well, it gives tone to  our superficial/movement muscles.  We challenge our body through proprioception exercises, that help us to develop neuromuscular connections.  The  flows  work from stability to cardio exercises, and can be adapted to all levels and needs. 

MOBILITY training

​A class designed to release tension created by bad postures and sedentary life. This class will help you to reduce the general stiffness in your body, improve your range of motion and help you to reduce your stress.
We follow  an organic path using the principle  of biomechanics to create space on specific points of our body (specially neck, shoulders, hips). 
This class is perfect for people who spend lots of hours in front of the computer, people who trains on muscle building activities, or in activities that requires lots of physical effort. Also, people who feel  their movement range restricted  in general. 


      ACTIVE Stretching



This class is an intense class where we not only find flexibility but also strength working on a eccentric way (long lines). It can be adapted to all levels of difficulty,  and its recommended for people who lacks of strength on their postural muscles (pelvic floor, core, back, knee-pain, etc).

On a more advanced level this class is aimed for dancers, acrobats and athletes. Following an organic path, we work through muscle chains, projecting forces in opposite directions and keeping a good alignment.
These technique provides all the secrets to unlock your split, back arch, holding legs or controlling your core. If you are looking to progress fast and efficiently on you training, and avoiding injuries... this is your technique.
